Pointy is a scorepad, not a bank. These are the rules, written to be read rather than skipped.

Cancel any time
One year at a time, renewing automatically until you cancel from your app store's subscription settings. No exit interview.
Your data is yours
We claim nothing over the names, scores or games you put into the app.
Using Pointy
Pointy is provided by Illia Panasenko in the Netherlands (“Pointy”, “we”, or “us”). Contacthello@pointy.games for support or the current postal contact address. Install it, count with it, and keep it as long as you like. Do not use a shared board for illegal or abusive material, because anyone with its link can see it. These terms are governed by Dutch law; mandatory consumer rights where you live still apply.
Subscriptions
Game Master is an annual subscription billed through Apple or Google at the price shown before purchase, and it renews automatically until you cancel. Pointy does not offer an introductory trial at launch. Cancelling happens in your app store's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.
What we promise
The free tier will stay free: one board, your regular players and two themes, with no ads and no time limit. We will not delete anything you have recorded because you stopped paying. If we materially change how hosted data works, we will post reasonable notice on this website before the change takes effect.
What we don't
We cannot promise the app is free of bugs, that a share link is reachable during an outage, or that your phone will not lose data it was holding. Pointy is provided as is to the extent the law permits. Keep anything you would genuinely hate to lose somewhere other than a score counter.
Ending it
You can stop using Pointy by deleting the app. To remove hosted scorekeeping data first, use Settings → About → Delete everything. We may disable shared boards used for illegal or abusive content. If Pointy shuts down, hosted features and data recovery may stop; we will give reasonable notice when we can.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we will update the date here and post reasonable notice on the website before they take effect. Questions go to hello@pointy.games and a person will answer.
